The control system adopts a liquid crystal (LC) controller, replacing the previous LED instrument control. The temperature segment of the control system features 5×40-segment temperature curves, which can be stored in the LC controller. These 5 curves can be read out via software, and also written into the LC controller separately through software. A heating tube mounting bracket is adopted for the installation of heating tubes (for T200C and T200C+ exclusively). This bracket is the same as that of the previous T200N model, effectively improving the temperature uniformity of the machine. The drawer guide rail is upgraded from the previous two-section type to a three-section type (for T200C and T200C+ exclusively), which completely solves the problem of drawer shaking. This guide rail system is the same as that of the previous T200N series. 2 sets of high-temperature magnetic knobs are added to the drawer door, which completely solves the problem of poor drawer closing. This upgrade is applied to the full range of T200C, T200C+, T200N and T200N+ models. Stainless steel push button switches are used for the control panel, improving the reliability of the equipment in high-temperature environments. The drawer door is heightened and the small white baffle at the bottom is removed, which completely solves the problem of paint abrasion and peeling between the drawer door and the bottom part. The installation part of the temperature measurement module for the + series is optimized for more convenient installation. The LC control screen can display the current operating status, program segment, various output statuses, heating working status, error status, set temperature and actual measured temperature.
