    The fully automatic nano-silver/nano-copper positive pressure sintering furnace is primarily based on mechanical pressure sintering. For the pressure application component, a precision pressure control system is adopted in this design to achieve high-precision pressure exertion.

    The fully automatic nano-silver/nano-copper positive pressure sintering furnace is primarily based on mechanical pressure sintering. For the pressure application component, a precision pressure control system is adopted in this design to achieve high-precision pressure exertion. The integral furnace chamber and structure are designed with a vacuum-sealed structure. Sintering can be performed in a vacuum environment or under two or more types of atmospheres during the process, which enhances the sintering quality of products. The complete equipment consists of core systems including: conveying system, lifting system, pressure application system, vacuum system, heating system, temperature control system, cooling system and so on. The sintering process is divided into two key stages: pre-pressurization and main pressurization.
