    The fully automatic nano-silver/nano-copper positive pressure sintering furnace is mainly based on mechanical pressure sintering. For the pressure application equipment, a precision pressure control system is adopted in this design to achieve high-precision pressure exertion. The overall furnace chamber and structure are designed with a vacuum-sealed structure. Sintering can be carried out in a vacuum environment or in two or more types of protective atmospheres during the process, which effectively improves the product sintering quality. The complete equipment consists of multiple core systems: conveying system, lifting system, pressure application system, vacuum system, heating system, temperature control system, cooling system and so on. The sintering process is divided into two key stages: pre-pressurization and main pressurization.
